ALRA Alumni Update: September '18

This autumn, our recent graduate and alumni are on tour with different productions and notable theatre companies.

Victor Oshin is Othello and Paul McEwan is Iago in UK Tour

Our 2018 graduate Victor Oshin is touring the UK as Othello in English Touring Company presents Othello directed by Richard Twyman and another ALRA Graduate, Paul McEwan plays alongside him as Iago.

Othello is one of Shakespeare’s most startlingly contemporary plays – a masterful depiction of a life torn apart by prejudice and jealousy.

The tour of Othello started at the Oxford Playhouse on 20th September and will tour to regional venues throughout the UK. Co-producers include Oxford Playhouse and Tobacco Factory Theatre.

National Theatre's Macbeth with Evelyn Roberts and Duncan Ross

Our North graduates Evelyn Roberts and Duncan Ross are touring the UK and Ireland with the National Theatre's production of Macbeth. Elvyn Roberts is playing Witch & Boy, and Duncan Ross is in the ensemble and understudying Duncan.

Vienna English Theatre’s The Little Prince Austria tour with Abbie Andrews and James Monckton

Our alumni Abbie Andrews and James Monckton are touring Austria in an adaptation of The Little Prince with Vienna English Theatre, which started on 16th September and runs until 9th February 2019.
